Refund Policy

To receive a full refund, written notification MUST be submitted at least 30 days prior to the camp start date. Cancellations within 15-30 days prior to the program will receive a partial refund of 50% of the total cost. Cancellations 0-14 days prior to the program will NOT receive a refund. If you need to transfer your child’s camp session, we cannot guarantee a space will be available on another date. No other refunds will be issued, and we are not able to reschedule missed days.
